Site administration->Courses->Manage courses and categories
On the top right click Create a new course.
Enter the required fields.
Place an image file on Course summary files. It will be shown on the dashboard page.
Course Format:
Collapsed Topic (3.2), Topic Format (3.4)
Enable completion tracking “Yes”
